Another amazing stay at the Anantara on the Palm. When we were returning to Dubai there was no other resort we would stay at. A peaceful, relaxing and luxurious beach paradise. We were looked after from the moment we pulled up at the entrance. All the staff are wonderful, all welcoming and friendly. We noticed a lot of the staff were the same ones that looked after us last year which was lovely. Very family friendly and all the restaurants are fabulous. The Crescendo buffet restaurant offers something for everyone and all the a la carte restaurants are wonderful. We tried them all as stayed half board. The hotel is spotlessly clean. We always choose a lagoon access room as the kids love it. Rooms are massive and very comfortable. The hotel is on a quiet crescent of the Palm which but super easy and inexpensive to get around with taxis. Downtown Dubai is very busy so we always enjoy having the gorgeous haven of the Anantara to return to. Thanks again for another amazing stay, we will definitely be returning!!

Lovely hotel. Particularly good for a family holiday not so much for a couples break. Saying that, we did come in the school holidays (without realising that at the time of booking). We still enjoyed it and found quiet areas to suit our needs. For example, there is an adults only area by the beach. The pool and lagoon areas were very busy and the pool area by the crescendo restaurant were noisy and crowded. Standard rooms are quite big and spacious which is nice. Wisnu cleaned our rooms each day and he was friendly and accommodating and serviced our room to perfection.

This is now the fourth time we’ve stayed at the Anantara, and once again, we couldn’t be happier. The hotel is absolutely wonderful. From the beautiful surroundings to the excellent service. It’s one of those places where everything just feels right, and you can truly relax from the moment you arrive. An absolute highlight for us are the Lagoon Access Rooms, simply amazing! Being able to step directly from the terrace into the lagoon is pure luxury and makes every stay feel extra special. Another reason we love coming here is Bushman’s Restaurant. We’ve been visiting for years, and every time we stay at the Anantara, we look forward to dining there again. The food is delicious, the atmosphere warm and welcoming, and it’s one of the main reasons we keep coming back. A big thank you as well to Ravi, the wonderful waiter at Bushman‘s, who always greets us with kindness and makes us feel so well taken care of. We’ll definitely keep returning. Both to the Anantara and to our beloved Bushman‘s.

It was truly an amazing experience! The service was exceptional, and the food was absolutely delicious. The staff were all wonderful and very accommodating — they made our simple dinner feel so special. My husband and I are deeply grateful to Ms. Janette, for her warm welcome from the entrance to our table. Her kindness and genuine hospitality made us feel valued and cared for. Together with her amazing team, Joel and Gaia, they turned our simple dinner into a truly memorable celebration of our first wedding anniversary. Thank you so much for making our evening unforgettable!

I have been a guest at Anantara resorts before and have always associated your brand with outstanding hospitality and a luxurious experience. Unfortunately, during my most recent stay at Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort, I was disappointed to find that the experience fell far below expectations. Several areas stood out: Service & Attentiveness: The responsiveness and communication from staff were not up to the standards I previously experienced at Anantara. Treatment felt less personal and lacked attentiveness. Rooms: The rooms looked dated, with poor lighting that created an uncozy and somewhat unpleasant atmosphere. The property no longer carries the modern, chic, and elegant feel that I used to associate with Anantara. Renovation seems overdue. Facilities: Restaurants and the pool area felt empty and dull, lacking the vibrant and lively ambiance one would expect from one of the UAE’s top luxury resorts. Special Requests: Even a simple request for a slightly late checkout was declined abruptly, with strict insistence on leaving by 12:00 noon. This is unusual for a high-end resort and left a negative final impression. I share this feedback not to complain but in the hope that it is taken constructively. Anantara has always been a name I trust, but this experience unfortunately did not reflect the brand’s usual excellence. I sincerely hope steps will be taken to restore the level of luxury, service, and hospitality that Anantara is known for.
