We would like to express our sincere thanks for the wonderful experience we had during our school trip today. Special appreciation to Ms Alina and Mr. Hussein, the supervisors, and the entire team for their excellent support and warm hospitality. Everything was perfectly arranged, and we truly appreciate their efforts and professionalism.

Very good indoor entertainment play area in dubai festival city. There are many rides for all ages. It is quiet big and enjoyable

My daughter had a very horrible experience. She was bullied by some girl who was a special child and elder to her. There was no one monitoring the area. There are cameras in all zones which are just for decoration it seems. Someone should be accompanied by such children or the staff should monitor the behavior of the kids so that the kids have a good time. It’s really upsetting to hear when my daughter says yesterday somebody shouted when I ask her about how was your time.

Outstanding service and handling of kids here . Everyone is fully engaged and is a really fun place for kids . Huge selection of rides , very clean ! I recommend all !

Fabyland at Dubai Festival City is a fantastic indoor amusement center for kids and families! It’s clean, safe, and packed with a great mix of rides, arcade games, and activities for all age groups. The staff is friendly and helpful, and everything is well-organized. Our kids had an amazing time and didn’t want to leave! It’s also a perfect place to beat the heat while letting the little ones burn off energy. A must-visit spot for fun, laughter, and quality family time. Highly recommended!

We had an absolute blast celebrating my daughter's friend's birthday at Faby Land in Dubai Festival City Mall! The birthday party was an unforgettable experience, filled with laughter, excitement, and adventure.

The venue was perfect for kids, with a wide range of games and activities that kept them entertained throughout. The food, decorations, and party arrangements were all top-notch!

What impressed me most was how much fun both kids and parents had. Faby Land truly knows how to create memorable experiences for the whole family!

Highly recommended for birthday parties and family outings!

I never had a bad experience in any place like today's one.
Very rude staff, they didn't allow my daughter to go inside the soft play because she is exceeding the acceptable height by only one centimetre, and I respected the rules.
Surprisingly, after I went inside, I found so many kids way taller than my daughter, and when I argued with them, No any explanation ... Even the management team they are not professional to handle such problems .. I gave them one start because there is no ZERO

Fabyland Dubai Festival City is an excellent indoor venue for kids, teens, adults to enjoy quality playtime, featuring a wide variety of games, a welcoming and accommodating staff. There are plenty of rides for every age group including thrilling ones for grown up ones.

The kids enjoyed the time spent at fabyland Dubai city, it was a great and memorable trip/experience only the place was quite,lots of games available but little expensive.parking area and nice food court.

My family always loves to visit Fabyland.

They got a mix of entertainment attractions ranging from soft rides to a few extreme rides, play areas, trampolines, arcades, and stuff.

The place is clean and well-ordered.

Also, commending the staff, they manage the place nicely.

Very good place for kids, with lot of options n new games. I felt it has better options than Magic planet.
Also, I felt cost point view it is comparatively cheaper than magic planet.

I love this place, so safe with affordable prices, the staff are so sweet and amazing with the kids, specially Maya at the soft play area, she was so sweet with my kids.we're definitely coming back. Thank you sweet Maya.

Yesterday me and my other mom friends went for the first time to the festival city branch with my 1.8yo twins, 4yo and a one year old baby
They told us that this is a SOFT PLAY area

First of all they charged me the full amount of tickets for my twins No discount for them like the other playgrounds do

The staff there was so ignorant and careless

The older kids we’re playing without any supervision and they were playing like crazy unsafe inside the little ones play area

They almost hit my son and gave him a concussion

One girl also didn’t wait for our 4yo kid to finish playing with the spinner and she pushed her out so bad she got hurt i tried talking NOT ONCE but 3-4 times to the staff and they didn’t give too flying care

No one was looking after those kids so it’s not a safe SOFT PLAY for any kid that’s under 4 years

Had to leave before  time is over , so disappointing.

Ps: the supervisor lady was giving us her back all the time and then she disappeared for the rest of the time

So many games and rides for adults and kids.

has good rides for 1-12 years old. there are twelve rides (and around 100 video games) but six of them were not working but  once i told the worker that why are half the rides (the rides that were working were for kids under 5 year old) not working she went and turned 2 of them on so that meant that they were actually working.

Good place for kids to play.. It's expensive for parents to pay...

Childrens just love this place. They do have all kind of games & rides for kids. Very friendly staff, the prices are average.

New and nice place and nice games to play not like in any mall

The games were fun- but the photo booth machine stole ten dirhams and there was no compensation!! Outrageous!!
